1. Pricing and Availability

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing and availability
information on our website is accurate. If we detect an error in the price or
availability of a purchased product we will notify the purchaser as soon as
possible. The purchaser will be given the option to reconfirm their order at
the correct price or cancel their order if the correct price and current
availability is unsuitable. A full refund will be offered as per our returns
and refunds policy.

2. Product Descriptions

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that product information,
such as sizing and garment materials, is accurate. However we do not guarantee
that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a
purchase product is not as described you will be able to exchange it as per our
returns and refunds policy.

3. Payment

All customer payments are handled by Paypal. Customers will be redirected to
the Paypal website during checkout. Only customers who are eligible for a
Paypal account and comply with Paypal’s terms and conditions will be able to
complete purchases from our site.

4. Discount Codes

We may at times offer discounts and special offers that can be redeemed at
checkout using promotional discount codes. Discount codes will apply to
shopping cart contents. Discount codes will not apply to shipping costs.
Information about other usage restrictions and expiration dates will be
provided at time of issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7
days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read
the following instructions carefully:

REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR
ORDER

  • You received the wrong item
    Like we said; We are all human right? Although we double check everything,
    it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a
    photo of the incorrect item they received to support@wm40.com and
    one of the team will follow it up for you.
  • You received a damaged/faulty item
    Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a
    damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to
    return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, use it as a rag
    or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a
    support email (support@wm40.com)
    stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good.
    If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100%
    free of charge ASAP
  • If you
    meet the above criteria please shoot us an email to support@wm40.com
    Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are
    returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality
    possible, so we’d love to learn from your experience to even up our
    quality some more.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

  • You want a
    refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We cannot accept returns
    with that inquiry.
  • You do not
    use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by
    our team, prior to you sending your product back.
  • The
    item(s) have been washed
  • The
    item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The
    item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition
    unless the condition is our fault
  • The
    item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The
    item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as: Halloween,
    Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied their
    coupon code.

CANCELATION REQUEST

You can cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours since the time your
order is placed.
If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please
contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be
changed if they have not in production yet.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used from the moment they are issued. A printable PDF is
emailed to the purchaser shortly after purchase.

Customers can load gift cards with as much credit as they chose. This credit
is subtracted from the value of the products in the shopping cart. Gift cards
can be used multiple times until credit is exhausted. All gift card credit
expired 60 days from the moment of purchase.

This gift card PDF contains a unique eight-character code that is redeemed
during checkout. It is the responsibility of the gift card purchaser and
recipient to keep this information secure and condidential.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, share or trade your
electronic information to others.

Any personal information provided or collected through our site is

products, events and sales.

Personal information may be provided to manufacturers, shipping services and
online payment services. This information is used for the sole purpose of
facilitating and completing customer orders.

Customers have the choice of registering personal details in order to

the Shop Tee Tee email newsletter. Customers are also given the option to
subscribe to the newsletter during checkout (this option is checked by

accept that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that we
may amend them from time to time.

contained in our newsletter. However we reserve the right to amend this
information without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of newsletter
information and take no responsibility for information provided through
external links.

The Shop Tee Tee newsletter contains links where you can update your
preferences or cancel your subscription.

10. Customer Accounts

If you chose to create a shopping account to save your personal details then
you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password.

11. Maintenance

Shop Tee Tee may cease, interrupt or withdraw access to the site for any
reason, including upgrades and site maintenance.
